Eagles CB Cary Williams rips Chip Kelly's practice methods (after a win!)

(AP)

“Cary Williams, your Philadelphia Eagles just won their third-straight game to open the 2014 season, building on a successful 2013 campaign that ended with an NFC East title. What are you going to do now?

“I’m going to take shots at my successful head coach for no apparent reason!”

Williams, the apparently disgruntled Eagles cornerback, used Sunday’s victorious postgame locker room as a soapbox for a bizarrely timed rant about Chip Kelly’s practice schedule.

“We have to take care of our guys during the week to make sure we’re fresh come Sundays,” Williams said. “In other words, we have to be smart. As a coaching staff and as players.”
